Scope

Wells CaterCore Group provides remote consultancy deliverables such as menu costing workbooks, allergen and PPDS templates, SOP packs and log templates. Deliverables are provided digitally (Excel, Word, PDF) unless agreed otherwise.

Client responsibilities

• You provide accurate, up-to-date ingredient, recipe, portion and supplier price information.
• You implement and maintain processes in day-to-day operations.
• Final responsibility for allergen accuracy and legal compliance remains with the business.

Pricing and payment

Fixed prices are confirmed in writing before work starts. Suggested default terms: 50% upfront to begin, 50% on delivery. You can amend this policy any time.

Revisions

Packages include one revision round. Additional revisions or scope changes are quoted and agreed before work continues.

Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and use it only to deliver agreed work, except where disclosure is required by law.

Liability

We provide best-practice documentation and tools, but do not control ingredients, staff actions, or operational conditions. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
